Return Window

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted for eligible products within the same 30-day return window.

• If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Original shipping fees (as shown at checkout) are not refundable.

Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

• Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days within the USA.

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Payment Method

• All refunds are issued through PayPal, as it is the only accepted payment method.
