At N Deba African Hair Braiding, we take pride in providing premium quality Synthetic Hair Extensions in a variety of styles, lengths, and colors — including straight, wavy, and curly options for women. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return process. Please review the policy below carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your hair extensions within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The hair extension must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- All tags, clips, wires, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not be installed, worn, brushed, combed, washed, dyed, cut, heat-styled, or altered in any way.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund once opened:
- Opened or used synthetic hair extensions
- Hair extensions that have been installed or tried on
- Customized hair length, color, or style orders
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Free gifts or bonus items
Restocking Fee
We do NOT charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Return Method
- Return Method: Returns must be made by mail.
- Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email upon request. You can download and print the label for your convenience.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at support@ndebaafricanhairbraiding.com or call +1 410 366 6543 to initiate your return.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the hair extension securely in its original sealed packaging.
- Attach the provided shipping label to the parcel.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your hair extension for a different color, length, or style (e.g., switching from Brown Wavy to Black Straight), please contact us at support@ndebaafricanhairbraiding.com.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- The product must meet our return eligibility conditions (unused & unopened).
- We will guide you through the exchange process step by step.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a hair extension that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ndebaafricanhairbraiding.com.
- Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and the issue.
- We will offer you a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns within the United States are FREE — we cover the shipping cost.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No fees applied).
- For international orders (outside the United States), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Important Notes
- We strongly recommend inspecting your hair extension immediately upon arrival.
- Please do not remove tags, open the seal, or try on the hair extension if you are unsure about the product, as this will void your return eligibility.
- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
