Returns and Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your hair extension arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify Us: You must notify us at support@ndebaafricanhairbraiding.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging.
- Replacement or Refund: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping.
